Gear Up for the 15th Annual President’s Run in Sussex!

The Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club is thrilled to announce the return of its signature event! Join us on May 16, 2026, for the 15th Annual President’s Run. This milestone year promises to be our best yet, bringing together the ATV community for a day of exploration and excitement in the heart of the New Brunswick wilderness.

Once again, our home base will be Adair’s Wilderness Lodge (900 Creek Road, Shepody), providing the perfect gateway to some of the province’s most breathtaking trails.

What to Expect on Trail Day

Whether you are a veteran of the President’s Run or a first-time participant, this year’s self-guided format ensures a personalized experience.

• Registration: Sign-ups begin at 8:30 AM and wrap up by 10:30 AM. Please arrive early to get your tickets and prepare for departure.

• The Route: We have mapped out a fully signed trail spanning 85 to 95 kilometers. Because the path is clearly marked, your group can head out at your own pace as soon as you’ve checked in.

• Prizes & Charity: We are keeping the tradition of giving back alive. Beyond the thrill of the ride, participants can enter our prize draws and a 50/50 raffle. A portion of the day’s proceeds will be donated to local charitable organizations.

Fuel Up Along the Way

No ride is complete without a great meal. We will be hosting a midway BBQ right on the trail—perfect for a lunch break in the woods.

Important Note: The trailside BBQ and event registration are cash-only. Please ensure you have cash on hand for your registration fees and food.

If you find yourself hungry after finishing the loop, Adair’s Wilderness Lodge will be open with their full menu, offering a variety of hearty options to cap off your day.

Planning Your Trip

Sussex is a premier destination for riders from across the Maritimes. Because this event attracts a large crowd, we recommend the following:

1. Lodging: Book your rooms or campsites early if you are traveling from out of town.

2. Parking: Don’t worry about the logistics—there is extensive parking available at the lodge for trucks and trailers.

3. Payment: As a reminder, we are currently only able to process cash payments for registration and the BBQ.

I acknowledge that participation in activities organized by the Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club involves inherent risks that are beyond the control of the Club. In accepting these risks, I hereby release the Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club, Quad NB, and all associated contractors, employees, volunteers, agents, assigns, and executors from any and all claims for damages arising from my participation in this or any other Club activity. I agree to assume all costs related to any emergency evacuation of myself or my belongings, should such action be required. I affirm that I understand the nature, duration, and level of difficulty of the activity, and that I am properly equipped and physically capable of participating. I confirm that I have no medical or other condition that would prevent my safe involvement. As an adult participant, I accept full responsibility for any individual under the age of 18 who is in my care.
