Under the glow of the full moon\, the familiar trails transform into a completely different world: \n✨ Moonlit ridgelines where the valley stretches out in silver\n🌲 Shadowy forest paths that feel both peaceful and thrilling\n💧 Quiet stream crossings shimmering under the night sky\n🏞️ Lookouts and clearings where the moon hangs bright above the treetops \nRiding after dark brings a whole new level of excitement—your headlights carving through the night\, the cool air settling in\, and the sounds of the forest shifting around you. This milestone year promises to be our best yet\, bringing together the ATV community for a day of exploration and excitement in the heart of the New Brunswick wilderness. \nOnce again\, our home base will be Adair’s Wilderness Lodge (900 Creek Road\, Shepody)\, providing the perfect gateway to some of the province’s most breathtaking trails. \n\nWhat to Expect on Trail Day\nWhether you are a veteran of the President’s Run or a first-time participant\, this year’s self-guided format ensures a personalized experience. \n\n\nRegistration: Sign-ups begin at 8:30 AM and wrap up by 10:30 AM. Please arrive early to get your tickets and prepare for departure. \n\n\nThe Route: We have mapped out a fully signed trail spanning 85 to 95 kilometers. Because the path is clearly marked\, your group can head out at your own pace as soon as you’ve checked in. \n\n\nPrizes & Charity: We are keeping the tradition of giving back alive. Beyond the thrill of the ride\, participants can enter our prize draws and a 50/50 raffle. A portion of the day’s proceeds will be donated to local charitable organizations. \n\n\nFuel Up Along the Way\nNo ride is complete without a great meal. DESCRIPTION:The Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club is excited to invite riders to our annual Fall Foliage Run on Saturday\, October 4th. We’ll be meeting at the parking area next to the Ranger Camp\, with the ride kicking off at 9:30 am sharp. This guided run is a fantastic way to experience the beauty of autumn from the seat of your ATV\, as we travel together through our network of trails. We expect to return to the starting point around 4:30 pm\, giving everyone a full day to enjoy the outdoors. \nOur route winds through scenic hardwood forests\, and if nature cooperates\, the fall colors should be in full display again this year. Riders are encouraged to pack a lunch and non-alcoholic beverages\, as we’ll be stopping along the way to take a break and enjoy the scenery. With experienced guides leading the way\, this will be an escorted run\, making it a safe and social outing for riders of all levels. We look forward to another great day on the trails\, surrounded by friends and the vibrant colours of the season!

SUMMARY:SVAT Broadleaf Ranch Overnight Run
DESCRIPTION:Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club is hosting an overnight run to Broadleaf Ranch located in Albert County\, New Brunswick.  The run will start at the Timberland Motel and Restaurant parking lot (far eastern end of the property where we have a trail head) and we will travel trails to Broadleaf Ranch where we will spend the night.  The cost for food and beverages is the  responsibility of each person who attends.  We will be able to get our supper at the Ranch once we arrive and breakfast in the morning\, before we leave.  Tentatively the cost per person will be $20.00 which included the cost of  the accommodations – we are unable to make use of the truck to assist in transporting your personal items so please place them is a dust free container and bring them with you. Also\, there will likely not be any fuel available in the area as it is ‘regular’ only\, so if you think you will need fuel please bring your own.  The total trip should be between 150-175 kms.

SUMMARY:SVAT Dave Ward Lake Memorial Service
DESCRIPTION:The Sussex Valley All-Terrain Club is honoured to put on a memorial service at Dave Ward Lake in memorial of David Malcolm Ward\, a Forest Ranger who was murdered in  January 1966 while he was scaling logs.  The SVAT in partnership with the Province of NB have purchased and installed a monument at the lake\, named in honour of Dave Ward. There will be a short service at the monument site on April 26th\, 2025.  The plan is to meet at the SVAT parking lot\, just past Adair’s Wilderness Lodge at 10:30 am where we will board a bus that will take us to the site.  After the service we will come back to the old Ranger Camp where we will enjoy some light refreshments before departing.  There is no charge for this event.
